topsAir („us“, „we“, or „our“) operates the topsAir mobile application (the „Service“).

We do not collect or store any data at all. All of your data is stored locally on your device only. You decide by your own, which data should be shared with whom. We physically can’t store your data. We have nowhere to store it. We don’t even have a server database to store it.
While asking for support, so only when you contact us, your email address and maybe your first and last name are transfered. We also do not store this data. We only response to support issues.
Transfer Of Data
Again, none of your data will be transfered to us. Your data is only stored locally on your device.
Ask for Support
Only when you ask for support via email, your email address, maybe your first name and last name, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Germany and choose to provide information to us, please note that we process it there.
